Terms of Service
Last updated: October 18, 2026 · Effective date: October 18, 2026
Thank you for choosing InfoSync Connect. Please comply with these Terms of Service while using the service. Before accepting these Terms, read them in full. If you do not agree, do not use our service. Creating an account or completing a purchase means you agree to these Terms and accept to be bound by them.
Service content
The service referred to in these Terms is “InfoSync Connect”, which provides network acceleration and related technical support. You may use the product during the service period only for lawful purposes, such as cross-border business communication, academic research, data retrieval, development and testing, and access to publicly available internet resources.
User obligations
You must not, while using this product, engage in conduct that violates the law of your own jurisdiction or the law of the country or region where the network nodes are located.
If any of the following prohibited conduct occurs, InfoSync may suspend the account or terminate the service without prior notice and without a refund. For unlawful conduct we will cooperate with law enforcement:
- downloading or distributing content that infringes intellectual property rights;
- downloading torrents, or using P2P tools such as eMule, Thunder or FlashGet in a way that creates excessive bandwidth consumption;
- using the service for bot registration, spam posting, bulk unsolicited email, mass link distribution, network attacks or fraud;
- publishing any illegal, threatening, defamatory, gambling, obscene or pornographic information, or any other unlawful information;
- exploiting vulnerabilities in the system for your own benefit or for the benefit of others.
Force majeure
Force majeure means unforeseeable, unavoidable objective events, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes and epidemics, and social events such as war, unrest and government action, as well as interruptions of telecom backbone lines, hacking, network congestion and technical adjustments by telecom operators. The party affected by force majeure is not liable.
Important notice
InfoSync reminds you to read these Terms carefully (minors should review them with a guardian). You may accept or decline them. Unless you accept all of these Terms, you are not authorised to download, install or use the software and related services. Installing or using the software constitutes acceptance of these Terms and of the obligations set out in them.
These Terms describe the rights and obligations between InfoSync and you regarding the licensing and use of InfoSync Connect. “User” or “you” means the individual or single entity that obtains the software and an account licence through the channels provided by InfoSync.
1. Intellectual property
This software is developed by InfoSync Inc. All trademarks, copyrights and other intellectual property rights relating to the software, and all related information and content, including but not limited to text and combinations of text, icons, graphics, charts, colour schemes, interface designs, layout frameworks, related data, printed materials and electronic documents, are protected by copyright law, international copyright treaties and other intellectual property laws.
2. Scope of the software licence
You may install, use, display and run this software on computers and mobile devices.
Rights reserved: all rights not expressly granted are reserved by InfoSync. Exercising any other right requires InfoSync’s separate written consent.
Except as expressly provided in these Terms, these Terms do not govern other services of InfoSync or of its partners that you access through the software; those services may have their own terms. Please review and confirm them separately before use. Using such a service means you accept its terms.
3. User information
You must register true, complete and accurate personal information. Accurate and complete information is the basis on which InfoSync provides after-sales support and on which you obtain legal protection.
If you do not provide true, complete and accurate information, you bear all resulting loss and liability, including but not limited to loss of account credentials and disputes with others over the account.
4. Account and use rules
You must ensure that the information you provide when registering for the InfoSync software or when using partner services is true, complete and accurate.
InfoSync accounts:
- The InfoSync account is owned by InfoSync Inc. After completing registration, you obtain the right to use the account.
- The right to use an InfoSync account belongs only to the original registrant. To protect your information and account security, transferring, inheriting, renting or selling an account is prohibited. If InfoSync finds that a user is not the original registrant, InfoSync may reclaim the account without liability to that user.
- Where users dispute ownership of an account, InfoSync will decide independently on the basis of the original registration data. If the data is defective (untrue or incomplete) and the true owner cannot be determined, InfoSync may reclaim the disputed account, and the user bears the related loss and liability.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password and for all activity under them.
- If an InfoSync account remains unused for a long period after registration, InfoSync may reclaim it to avoid wasting resources.
You must not directly or indirectly rent, resell or share (for payment or free of charge) the InfoSync service, including free trials. Accounts found to be shared will receive no further after-sales support. Any dispute or loss arising from a private transfer is borne by the user. InfoSync also reserves the right to pursue legal action against users who breach this rule.
If you discover a system vulnerability or software bug, report it to InfoSync support promptly. If you use a vulnerability or bug to obtain improper benefits, InfoSync may take measures against the account, including but not limited to recovering the improper benefits and suspending the account.
Minors should use the internet under the guidance of parents and teachers, and should avoid excessive use that affects their studies and daily life.

- Regional limits: InfoSync Connect is provided for lawful use in jurisdictions where VPN services are permitted. You are responsible for complying with local law.
- No technical circumvention: you must not use any technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions set by content providers on the basis of copyright, licensing agreements or legal requirements (as defined in Section 4 of the Acceptable Use Policy).
- Consequences: if we detect circumvention or other prohibited use, InfoSync may immediately suspend the account and terminate the service without a refund. InfoSync will preserve evidence and cooperate with the competent authorities.
- Disclaimer: you bear all legal consequences arising from breaching this clause or from forcibly using VPN functions in restricted regions. InfoSync accepts no liability, whether joint or several.
- using the software to publish, transmit or store content that violates national law or endangers national security or social stability, or any improper, insulting, defamatory, obscene, violent or otherwise unlawful content;
- using the software to publish, transmit or store content that infringes the intellectual property, trade secrets or other lawful rights of others;
- using images, photos, data or information obtained through the software in any way that infringes trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade secrets or other proprietary rights of any party;
- using the software for any activity that harms computer network security, including but not limited to using data without authorisation or entering servers or accounts without authorisation; entering public networks or other people’s computer systems without permission and deleting, modifying or adding stored information; probing, scanning or testing the vulnerabilities of the software, system or network without permission, or other activity that damages network security; interfering with or disrupting the normal operation of the software or website; deliberately spreading malicious programs or viruses or other activity that disrupts normal network information services; forging TCP/IP packet names or parts of names.
You must comply with applicable laws and policies, safeguard national interests and security, and comply with these Terms. You are solely responsible for all liability arising from unlawful use or breach of these Terms; InfoSync and its partners are not liable. If InfoSync or its partners suffer loss, they may claim compensation from you, stop providing the service immediately, preserve relevant records and cooperate with judicial authorities.
The complete list and enforcement measures are also set out in the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Subscriptions and payment
Purchase channels: paid InfoSync Connect subscriptions are sold only through the following three channels, each with its own seller, prices and billing rules:
| Channel | Seller / billing | Scope and price |
|---|---|---|
| iOS app | Apple App Store In-App Purchase (Apple IAP) | Purchases and renewals in the app; prices, periods and offers as shown on the App Store purchase confirmation page; billed by Apple |
| Android app | Google Play Billing | Purchases and renewals in the app; prices, periods and offers as shown on the Google Play checkout page; billed by Google |
| InfoSync website | Stripe (email orders) | Website orders only (placed by email; no online account required), arranged by email to support@infosyncadx.com; support confirms the price and provisions the order within 1 business day; the price and period are those confirmed in the support email |
In-app purchases are separate: subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are paid, renewed, cancelled and refunded by the relevant platform under its own terms. The app does not link to the website or to any other external purchase channel and does not direct users to bypass in-app purchase; prices, promotions and taxes may differ between channels, and the amount actually charged is the one shown on the checkout page of the channel you used. Website orders do not apply to entitlements created by in-app purchases.
Renewal period: the monthly, quarterly or yearly plan you buy is the renewal period. Auto-renewing plans renew for that period at the end of each period; prepaid time packages do not renew automatically and must be purchased again.
Website Stripe auto-renewal: for website orders with auto-renewal enabled, you authorise us to charge the next period to the original payment method through Stripe 24 hours before the current period ends. If the charge fails because of insufficient funds or an expired card, you bear the consequences; if you have not cancelled, we may retry once the payment method works again. If we change website prices, we will notify you by email in advance and you can cancel before the change takes effect.
App Store / Google Play subscriptions: subscriptions bought in the app are charged by Apple or Google before expiry under the platform’s rules. We cannot charge, cancel or refund them on your behalf. Where a price changes, whether you renew and whether you accept the new price are confirmed by you under the platform’s rules; we do not unilaterally change the price of a subscription you have already confirmed.
The service runs from activation until you cancel or it expires unrenewed. If you buy another membership plan without cancelling this one, the periods accumulate in your membership term.
How to cancel:
- In-app purchase: a subscription details dialog appears after purchase; tap [Subscription Details] → [Manage] → [Cancel Subscription]
- Apple ID purchase: iPhone or iPad Settings → iTunes Store & App Store → Apple ID → View Apple ID → Account Settings → Subscriptions → InfoSync → Cancel Subscription
- Google Play purchase: Google Play Store → profile settings → Subscriptions → InfoSync → Cancel Subscription
- Website order (Stripe): email support@infosyncadx.com with your registered email and order number; support cancels auto-renewal within 1 business day. The website currently has no self-service subscription portal.
Important: InfoSync relies on third-party payment providers for renewals, and only you can stop auto-renewal by cancelling. You remain responsible for the subscription whether or not you receive a renewal notice. After a successful cancellation, your current membership benefits are unaffected and the service will not auto-renew at the end of the paid term. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfoSync makes no representation or warranty about the continued availability of any particular payment method used with the service.
7. Refunds and delivery
The complete rules on refunds, cancellation, digital delivery and payment disputes are in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Key points:
- Website Stripe orders: within 30 days of the first purchase, and without substantial use of service resources, you may request one full refund; where traffic has been used normally, the refund is pro rata for unused days.
- App Store and Google Play orders: Apple or Google is the seller and reviews and decides refunds; InfoSync cannot decide on their behalf.
- Accounts suspended for breaching these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy are not refunded.
8. Risk warning
Like most internet software, this product may be affected by security problems, such as others using your information to harass you, viruses in other software you download and install, or theft of game or online accounts. You should strengthen your information security and password protection.

You represent and agree that:
- you are not located in, or controlled by, a country or region subject to comprehensive US sanctions (currently Cuba, Iran, North Korea and Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine; the list may change);
- you are not a person on any government sanctions list, including the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List, the US Commerce Department Entity List, or European Union or United Nations sanctions lists;
- you will not use the service, or any part of it, for sanctioned activity, and will not resell, transfer, re-export or otherwise make it available to those countries, regions or persons, or for their benefit;
- you will not use the service for weapons proliferation, military end uses or other export-controlled end uses.
If we reasonably believe your use breaches these rules, we may suspend or terminate the service and report to the competent authorities as required by law. You are responsible for confirming the legal requirements that apply to VPN-type services in your own jurisdiction.
14. Acceptable Use Policy
Your use of the service is also governed by the Acceptable Use Policy. That policy prohibits abuse of the service, prohibits use in sanctioned countries or regions or by sanctioned persons, prohibits using the service to circumvent copyright or other content regional restrictions, and sets out how violations are handled. Breaching that policy is a material breach of these Terms.
