Refund Policy
Effective date: October 18, 2026
Delivery: InfoSync Connect is a digital subscription. App Store and Google Play purchases are provisioned as soon as the store confirms payment; website email orders are provisioned within 1 business day. There is no physical product, no shipping and no delivery fee.
1. Scope
This policy applies to InfoSync Connect membership plans purchased through:
- the official InfoSync website (https://www.infosyncadx.com), paid through Stripe;
- in-app subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store (Apple IAP);
- in-app subscriptions purchased through Google Play (Google Play Billing).
Orders bought through third-party resellers, gift cards or agent channels are handled under the rules of those channels, and this policy does not apply to them directly.
2. 30-day refund window
For direct Stripe orders on the official website, you may request one refund within 30 days of your first purchase, provided you have not substantially consumed service resources (see Section 3); where the service is barely used, the full amount paid is refunded.
If you do not convert to a paid plan during a free trial (Introductory Offer), you are not charged and no refund is needed.
Trial orders that did convert to paid are handled under Sections 2 and 3.
3. How refunds are calculated
- No traffic or negligible traffic (per system records): the full amount actually paid is refunded, with no payment-processing fee deducted.
- Normal traffic already used: refunded pro rata for unused days. Formula: refund = amount paid × (unused days ÷ total service days). Long-term plan discounts and payment-processing fees are not refunded.
- Duplicate charge or accidental renewal: submit within 48 hours of the charge; the duplicated amount is refunded in full once verified.
4. Cases not eligible for a refund
- standard orders outside the 30-day refund window;
- connectivity problems caused by your device, local network or carrier;
- partial node unreachability caused by laws or network controls in your region;
- orders on accounts suspended for breaching the InfoSync Terms of Service;
- orders bought through third-party channels (resellers, gift cards, resold orders);
- a second request for an order already refunded under this policy.
5. Refund routes by channel
Website Stripe orders
Email support@infosyncadx.com with the order number, the registered email, the payment receipt and the reason. Support reviews the request within 1 business day. Once approved, the refund goes back to the original payment method and typically arrives within 5–10 business days (subject to the card issuer or payment channel).
Apple App Store orders
Apple is the seller for App Store purchases. Refunds are reviewed and decided by Apple, and InfoSync cannot intervene. Submit a request at reportaproblem.apple.com, or manage it under iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Apple sets its own response time, and we cannot guarantee a specific turnaround.
Google Play orders
Cancel under Subscriptions in the Google Play Store, then submit the refund request through the “Orders & refunds” entry on play.google.com. Google reviews and decides.
6. Cancellation and stopping renewal
- Website orders (Stripe): email support@infosyncadx.com with your registered email and order number; support cancels auto-renewal within 1 business day. The website currently has no self-service subscription portal.
- Apple: Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → InfoSync → Cancel Subscription.
- Google Play: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → InfoSync → Cancel.
After cancelling, you can keep using the service until the end of the paid period; you are not charged again after that, and the current period is not refunded automatically unless Sections 2 or 3 apply.
7. Effect of a completed refund
Once a refund is completed, the membership is downgraded to the free plan where available, or terminated, and any granted days or referral rewards are reversed. If a chargeback is raised, InfoSync reserves the right to suspend the account and to cooperate with the payment provider’s review.
8. Disputes and chargebacks
If you disagree with a charge on a Stripe order, you can always contact your bank; we ask that you contact support@infosyncadx.com first so we can try to resolve it directly. Once a card-network dispute starts, the timeline follows Stripe and card-issuer rules and your account status may be affected.
9. Reservation of rights
This policy does not waive any mandatory consumer rights available to you under the law of your jurisdiction. Where a mandatory rule conflicts with this policy, the mandatory rule governs.
